Made them, loved them, am going to look for mini muffin tin so I can eat two and not feel so guilty. They work great in those silicon cups too.

Oh Yes! One of the best little recipes that will certainly become a keeper. I tried them with real butter and found them way too rich. So I would definitely stay with the Earth Balance butter, which is now sold in the regular super markets I noticed. I also found that getting liners with an aluminum foil liner works the best, otherwise, just the paper liners get oily. Have fun Pam!

OH MY! That picture of the peanut butter cup looks so terrific! Even more mouth-watering than your description the other day, which had me drooling. We will definitely be trying this! Looks and sounds like just the thing to get through the February blues.

Yes Malika, it is really is good. And so easy to make. I think I can make a batch in the same amount of time it takes for me to shower, brush my teeth, and floss. I hope you try it and let me know.
